Project Overview
The primary objective of this project was to enhance key areas of the property, given its large size. The owner focused on improving the entryway, revitalizing the office area, and upgrading the pool deck. Certain elements were added to highlight and showcase the property's aesthetic appeal.
Project Location
This project took place at an apartment complex in Tallahassee, Florida. The environment was a residential community that required targeted enhancements to key areas of the property.
Scope of Work
The project included the design and construction of key landscape elements, such as waterscapes, pavers, and landscape lighting. These features were implemented to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the entryway, office area, and pool deck.
Design Inspiration
The design began with enhancing the entryway off the main street by incorporating a low water feature into the signage. The avenue leading up to the office was landscaped with select plantings and strategically placed pottery filled with artificial plants, creating a visually appealing approach. Additional pottery and a unique water feature were added in front of the office, blending seamlessly into the design. The pool deck was further transformed with over 30 pieces of pottery containing artificial plants and a cascading waterfall, flowing naturally over rock formations back into the pool.

The project’s standout features included a series of unique water features, each with its own distinct identity. The substantial use of pottery throughout the design added a striking visual element, with over 30 pieces incorporated. The water feature on the pool deck stood out as particularly unique, adding a special touch to the overall landscape.
Materials Used
The materials used in this project included pavers, pottery, artificial plants, stones, boulders, and water features. These elements were carefully selected to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the landscape.

The completed landscape successfully transformed the space, exceeding the client’s goals. The enhancements to the entryway, office area, and pool deck significantly improved the property's visual appeal. The use of unique water features, substantial pottery, and natural elements created a welcoming environment that showcased the property’s beauty and charm.
